F4-72 type glass fiber reinforced plastic centrifugal fan is made from GRP composite based on the performance parameters of metal 4-72 type fan. This series of fans can be used in conveying corrosive gases that contain acid and base elements and other chemical compositions. Gases conveyed are not allowed to contain sticky substances; the size of dust and hard particles contained is no larger than 150 mg/m; the temperature shall be kept no higher than 60 °C; relative humidity shall be no higher than 100%. This series of fans are characterized in high intensity, light weight, aging resistance, corrosion resistance, low noise and steady operation, serving as an ideal universal type of anti-corrosive fan. BF4-72 type glass fiber reinforced plastic anti-corrosive centrifugal fan is equipped with explosive-proof motor of class A and class B of type EXdI or EXdII based on users’ service conditions. It can be used for the conveying of flammable and volatile gases like methane, ethane, propane, styrene, Toluene, xylene, Carbon monoxide, acetic acid, kerosene and gasoline. Its performance parameters and installation dimension is consistent with that of F4-72 type glass fiber reinforced plastic centrifugal fan. Impeller of BF4-72 type glass fiber reinforced plastic centrifugal fan is driven by electric motor via the angular belt and cooled by a water cooling seat or oil cooling seat. This can reduce speed, motor corrosion, and reduce motor load so as to prolong motor’s service life.
