Brief:

when there is no water in the pipe,the bronze valve clack drops down to the ful opening position,Air is released from the dischange hole as water coming in the water can be filled into the pipe immediately.When there isn't any air in the pipe,water cames into the valve,the valve clack goes up to the shut-off position by lifiting of the floating bal,these improve water tran sporting capacity and efficiency of the pipe system,reduce power cobsuming.

air is dissolved into water ,and then is released from water continuously when transporting .at this time,the floating-ball  drops down,the air is released from the smal hole on lever of the valve clack,Or the air gathered at the top of the pipe can lower the water transporting capacity of the pipe system.

When there is negative pressure in the pipe,bronze valve clack drops down,descharge hole is open,and then the valve draws in the air immediately,so avoid abnormal water supply caused by negative pressure in the pipe.
