The structures and the use
Commissioner Fan is also called rotary valve, air lock, usually is the structure of star, is made up by some pieces of the rotor blade impeller, shell, seal, reducer and motor, etc.
After materials in the upstream silo fall down by gravity to fill in with the gap between the leaves, they will be unloaded with rotation of the blade from the lower part. Therefore, Commissioner Fan can unload the materials quantitatively and continually. Commissioner Fan is used in pneumatic system, for the compression or vacuum conveying system. Commissioner Fan can feed materials to chute smoothly and continually, to assure that the ratio of air and and solid in the pneumatic system, the solid is more steady, so to make the pneumatic conveying work normally, at the same time, it also can cut off the upper and lower pressure to lock the gas. Thus, Commissioner Fan is the important part which is commonly used in the pneumatic conveying system.
Commissioner Fan can be used in materials collection system as the discharger of the storage bin. It is applicable to the power and fine particle material. It is suitable for positive/negative pressure differential suction system, so it is always selected to be used by the chemical, pharmaceutical, dry, food, cement, environmental protection, electric, power and other sectors of the projects.
