Solvents are divided into two types, one for washing plate, and the other for cleaning. It has circulatory spraying and adjustable liquid temperature. It can adjust brush pressure, solvent dosage and lithographic speed. It is of environment-protection design, minimum peculiar gas in the plate making room.
Exposure: Exposure machine can be installed as an integrated continuous machine with plates of UNFLEX 1500 or lower in breadth. Devices for exposure, de- adhesive and curing functions are all installed in the drawers so that this type of machine is highly integrated and takes minimum space. When the breadth is UNFLEX 1500 or higher, the machine can be used together with the S or RZB-I plate curing machines. This exposure machine adopts Philip UVA light source, imported vacuum pumps and vacuum tubes. De- adhesive machine: UVA light source be used to deal with the adhesive on the plate.Curing machine: Its pre-curing system secures the dry condition of the plate entering and leaving the machine, and avoids plate making workers touching with the net printing plate. Its unique air passage design allows the temperature increases quickly and drying well-proportioned.
