1. Performance Description
(1) Host use of frequency control, so that speed of production is very easy to adjust.
(2) The product packaging stepper motor control system using PLC, magnetic tension control system.
(3) The model uses multi-floating roller buffer device, so that the anti-adhesive paper and the tape are steady while towing - stripping - compounding at high speed , reducing the deformation fight wrinkles and the damage to the tape.
(4) Products 1 --- 5 Automatic Packaging, 2 --- 6 automatic packaging, swallowtail knife to cut off ，and can be sealed coldly and heatly (packing production date and valid coding)
(5) The product installation of electric eye controlled ,after raw materials are used up, equipment auto-shutdown.
(6) The equipment enclosure stainless steel packaging, easy cleaning and maintenance in line with national health standards.
