We have 4 high vacuum coating machines with chamber sizes varied from 700nm to 1200mm, and includes 1200mm multi-layer coating machine made in Korea and 3 high-vacuum coating machines made in China. The coaters are all equipped electric beam gun, ion source, optical or crystal film thickness monitors, two sets of spectrum-Shimadzu UV-2401 and UV-3150 imported from Japan, a set of ultrasonic washing machine. Various coatings for different functions can be made according to customers requirements.
