SOD-11 is developed based on the secular experience on punch processing.It is machine which can be used easily and has a decomposing ability of 1 um. The microcomputer detector can conduct precise detection on product compression injury, abnormal material thickness and stamping overlapping in the process of high speed automatic punching which is hard detected with eyes. In addition, it can duly stop the machine for protection of machinery and mould to improve work efficiency and stamping quality.
Variation value: "+/-"means discrepancy which displays the actual displacement variation value. If abnormity occurs when material breaking/crushing function is used, it will display" EO". According to the setting, it will display the actual distance between inductor and inductive plate at the bottom stop, which is very convenient in adjusting the inductor.
Surveillance value: Display the preset error according to the precision of mould.
Setting: Press this key can rectify the distance between inductor and inductive plate at the bottom stop. Used for adjusting the accretion of surveillance value.
Reversion: Press this key can resume surveillance after the abnormity of the bottom stop detector occurs.
