The AK210-101 is perfect for transporting and protecting your sensitive business or personal information. With
built-in 256bit hardware data encryption, and access limited by a PIN, you can rest assured your information is
safe from unintentional viewing. Built with the same ruggedized rubber housing found on the orignal Flash for
durability, your data is protected from the elements as well.
Because the PIN keypad is integrated directly onto the flash drive, there is no software to install. Simply enter
your own Personal Identification Number and your data is unlocked for use on virtually any PC operating system:
Windows, Mac OS X, or Linux — even game consoles. Without the PIN, your information stays secure and
inaccessible.

1:Password Setting
Following steps are password setting when you use this product at first time.
There are 4~30 digits available for password.setting. And there are only “1”, “2”, “3”, “4” as options. E.g:

Step1:Access the device to USB connector of PC. Key in default password “1234”. Windows will pop up
with CD ROM windows(Autorun program is availble). As following pictures:
Note: If “Autorun” is shutted down on your PC windows. Please click on “My computerà CDROM”
directly to view the content.

Step2:Lunch “Destrier.exe” under CD-ROM root:
Step3: The default password is “1234”. Please key in “1234” in “Old Password” when you use this
product first time. Then key in your new password and repeat for confirmation. Click “OK” for new
password saving.
Step4:Clear Password. Please click “Use Password”

2 :The encription function is base on hardware. When device access to PC, it could get passed by only buttom
press. (No need software).
1.LED Display Arae(Red)
2.Enter password
LED indicating:
a. 4 times twinkle when devices access to PC
b. LED twinkle for each botton press. The device will start password checking if it is over 2 seconds
between 2 key in.
c. The device will start to check password 2 seconds after password key in. LED twinkle fastly then
keep on lighten means password is correct and device working. If the system gets incorrect password,
LED will twinkle 5 times then get off.
d. Over 3 times incorrect password. The device will be locked temparory. It has to be re-access to PC to
get it re-work.
3. Password missing and Data lock
There is password reset method if password missing, Keep press “4” for 20 times, LED will quick
twinkle for 10 times. If LED get lighten, operation succeed! The password will get back to default: 1234. Plug
off device, and plug on. Format the device, the it will work again.
Note:Be careful that all the data will be deleted after using above method to reset password.
