JYHT50, JYHT60, JYHT80 is a three-layer field joint coating system for pipeline operating temperature separately at 50,60,80, which consists of two-component solvent-free liquid epoxy primer, a wraparound HSS and a Closure Patch. The system is compatible with line coatings for PE, FBE, Coal Tar, Tape & Asphalt.
FRD, FRY
FRD, FRY is a two-layer field joint coating system for pipeline operating at ambient temperature. FRD system consists of a wraparound HSS and a Closure Patch; FRY consists of a heat-recoverable radiation cross linked polyethylene tube coated with a hot- melt adhesive layer. FRD, FRY system is compatible with line coatings for PE, Steel, FBE, Coal Tar, Tape & Asphalt.
HDD
The FOREVER HDD system is a high performance fiberglass reinforced sleeve specifically designed for girth weld corrosion on pipes used in directional applications, which consists of the FOREVER HSS with a wear cone sleeve on the leading edge and additional epoxy to cover the entire external applied sleeves. The wear cone sleeve is the same construction as the main sleeve, this provides for a joint protection system with exceptional hardness and abrasion on the exterior of the joint.
