Integrating our advantage of equipment and technology by tungsten and molybdenum crucibles, rods, plates Luoyang Achemetal Co., Ltd founded the furnace department whose mainly products are sintering furnace and hot zones for sapphire growth furnace.We manufactured hydrogen protected sintering furnace and vaccum sintering furnace. Now we can produce 10 sintering furnace every month.
Cooperating with Shanghai Institute of Ceramics Chinese Academy of Sciences and SKY Technology Development Co., Ltd CAS we manufactured 35KG, 65KG and 85KG sapphire crystal growth furnace. Now we can produce 50 sapphire crystal growth furnace every month.
2.Market and Production Capacity
We have supplied a larg quantity of hot zones to customs from Russia, Ukraine, United States, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Chinese mainland since the year of 2008. Now we have a catacity of producing 30 sets of hot zone with volum of 28KG, 35KG, 65KG,85KG or 120KG.

With special equipments we can precisely get the overall dencity of the lage crucibles, which may reflect the real performance of the crucible. . The possible interal injury of crucible such as porosity, slag and cracks are doubly strictly inspected with eddy current and ultrasonic equipments by us to ensure the quality of our sintered tungsten crucile.
