We are a professional manufacturer of swaging machine since 1999, this is the third generation type. 

1.Tube Material: iron, (stainless) steel, aluminum etc.

2.Round tube can be formed as square tapered tube by this machine.The tapered tubes are used widely for furniture,lighting etc.

3.Mould(4 dies) can be customized by customer, as we make moulds by ourselves, the moulds will match the machine perfectly, and also replacing mould is easy.

4.With portable foot switch, the machine can be run in automatic, emergency stop, and resume with high safety control.

5.Max Side Length: 50*50mm, Max Length: 550mm.

This machine works together with tapered machine, used widely for metal furniture,lighting etc.

Note: In our ZF series, the max side length is 70*70mm, max length is 720mm.
