Series 3: Water slide decal
It can be transferred onto the OPP/PP/PE/ABS/PVC and similar Plastic, Glass, Wood, Pottery, Hardware Material, paint coating, etc. After it has been transferred onto the products, it possess good color and vivid image, it is powerful adhesive-force, anti-scratching and hard wearing.
Working Procedure:
1. Immerse the water slide decal in water about 15-30 seconds, the backing ( base paper or carrier) will absorb water enough and can be moved on the surface film smoothly.
2. Take up the whole paper and use your fingers to hold it in position. Pull and shift the backing away slowly, then shift & fix the surface film onto the right position you want.
3. Use soft cloth or paper towel to squeeze the water, use needle to pierce bubbles under the surface film, if any, meanwhile, relying on the hairdryer to eliminate bubbles. In order to avoid damaging the decal, please squeeze the water slide decal without excessive pressure.
4. If it is large dimension, you can use the soft fiche to remove the water under the film.
5. Bake the semi-finished products at 60-100 degrees about 30 minutes in oven.
6. Get the finished products after using the soft cloth to wipe the water stain on the products after baking, if any.
