Process:
Step #1: Design your decals using any graphic software program. (Use A4 OR A3 sheet inkjet decal paper or cut sheet into half if desired.)Set your printer as follows: Resolution = BestPaper = Photo Gloss(Print your decal on the glossy side of INK JET Decal Paper.)Step #2:A: Printing the image on the film, use a laminater to make the film laminate with the paper, then the image will transfer on paper.B: Spray your printed sheet evenly with Krylon Acrylic Crystal Clear High Gloss spray until the sheet has a shine (2-3 coats). Allow 30 to 60 minutes to dry and set. (This product is available at any craft or hardware store such as Loews, Home Depot, Ace Hardware, Walmart, etc. Any acrylic clear coat spray will work.)C:Coat the printed sheet evenly with special covercoat by screen printing. Allow 1 hour to dry and set.Step #3:B & C need to dry by and set by wine.Step #4: Cut out your image using a standard pair of sharp household scissors.Step #5: Place decal into a tank of clean water for 15~30 seconds and remove when the thin decal film begins to slip along backing. (Discard backing material after the decal has been removed)Step #6: Apply decal to clean surface; ceramic, glass, metal, plastic, soap, candles, mylar balloons, model trains, planes, cars, etc.Note:
Due to shipping regulations, we are unable to ship Krylon acrylic spray with our Inkjet decal paper. You can buy this locally. It is available at Loews, Home Depot, Ace Hardware, Walmart, etc. Any acrylic clear coat spray will work. Note that the laser/color copier paper does not require application of the spray.
It is available to use water proof dye ink(water base ink), then you should not spray.
