Detailed Product Description
Diamond wire beads are produced by sintering for cutting various types of materials. Sintered beads are most univerally used for diamond wire production. Our beads use solid steel to process the steel rings, and all steel rings are specially treated to increase their bonding with diamond layer.
Every beads are strictly inspected for some key parameteres such as inner diameter, outer diameter and diamond distribution by QC before dispatching.
Different sizes from Dia. 11.5mm to Dia. 7.0mm are available.
