The leather floor tile is designed by Italian designer and made in Chinese factory, combining traditional techniques with fashion modes. Our machines, which specialize in making leather floor tile, are imported from Germany, so we can insure the quality with the high-tech.  Now,  more colors and various patterns have been developed, so that they can satisfy the requirments of different clients. What`s more, the variety of floor tile also give the designers infinite imagination.

There are three layers of the floor tile. The lowest layer is made of cork which can absorb shock and humidity. Cork backing adds environmental cushioning to improve acoustics and eliminate the need for an underlay. The middle layer is HDF panel which is as thick as 7.8mm. This is the main part of the flooring. The facial layer is made of cowhide, not artificial. The leather, whose durability and practicality are both very great, is imported from India. The leather layer is pressed by 900 Newton from about 4mm to 2.7mm, so its density is high enough to bear rubbing. And it can also proof water even can bear the dog-ends. Leather flooring use water-based materials and natural dyes, making the product low-VOC. Besides, the patterns on the leather can massage your feet, so clients are strongly advised to  walk on it without wearing shoes.  

The leather floor is easy to install, and it can assembleded as the laminated flooring with different colours and patterns, either. Just leather depurative can keep it clear and new, no need for special maintainance.
