Description of all the process.
The raw material to the plant must be closely inspected in advance, then classified and deposited in the feed bin. Firstly, different kinds of raw material are required to be weighed and mixed in Feeder, then sent to Blender. The material Mixed by blender sent to Feeder again, and then sent to the cage crusher, the raw material that Out from cage crusher sent to the two-shaft mixer in order to stir uniformly, chopped into shreds. And after that, the material is delivery by a belt conveyer to the first high speed crushing. At this time, you can send quantitatively the raw material on the belt conveyer to the two-shaft mixer, for mixing. As for the second high -speed crushing roll, it makes a fine crushing of the material, which enables the material to meet the mixture ratio requirement for shaping of the granular particles. The finely grained material is transported by a conveyer belt to a cylindrical type feeder, for further, stirring, homogenizing and purifying meeting the more stingy requirement for the plasticity and the moisture content. After that, this material is sent by conveyer belt transportation into an ageing bunker for aging process, and thus raw material moisture becomes all the more equality, and its water ratio and plastic behavior become more and more proper for extruding and compacting.

At the end, the burned ceramic product is graded manually and packing into warehouse.
