1. Cooling system is divided into fast cooling zone, slow cooling zone, direct cooling zone and final  cooling zone by characters of ceramic products physical and chemical reactions. 2. Fast cooling zone: Air evenly blows to the high temperature products directly by fast cooling branch  pipes, bring down the product temperature near 600 rapidly. It is auto-controlled by reducers which make the fast cooling temperature can be fixed in the set value stably. Branch pipes equipped with  valves to control the volume of fast cooling air conveniently and swiftly.
