1.  Kiln body consists of multiple standard modules, which are formed mainly by excellent quality square pipe after been swelled to special mould to protect the module structures rigidity and bring down the size tolerance to cater the oversea transportation and spot erection and installation.

2.  According to different products temperature requirements adopt different class of high quality refractory material with corresponding rank. And we design specially according to the different requirements to the kiln bottom, lateral wall and roof to satisfy the requirement of insulation and strength and ensure the working life of the kiln.
