Triode Thyristors

We can supply triodc thyristors with rated an-statc average currant from 5A to 5000A and ratod off-state repetive pack reverse voltage from 100V to 4500V. The triode thyroid includc stud-mounded and dise construction and two forms of cooling (forced air and water) have been used.

Triode thyristors are mainly used for DC motor drivers, electrolysis, elect-roplating, battcy chanrging and quick charging, synchronous motor ficld exeitation curreat-stabilization supply with high accuracy, induction heating and so on.
