Structure

RobertoTM fibre rolls are constructed from high-grade steel centre shafts with steel or stainless steel end plates which retain a highly compressed micro-porous fibre cover of mixed fibres coated with a synthetic binder material. A range of RobertoTM materials is available to suit various textile industry applications.

RobertoTM roll covers are composed of a fibre based matrix with a porous surface and interior. The fibres are bonded together mechanically and by thermal and chemical treatment. The cover has about 40% void volume (small interconnected cavities). The resilience of the fibres and the elastic characteristics of the binding system ensure the porous/open structure has a high degree of flexibility, elasticity and strength.

Function

Roberto’sTM outstanding squeezing performance is achieved through a combination of the squeezing action and powerful capillary suction. As the fabric enters the nip, excess liquid is removed by squeezing, and immediately after the nip extra liquid is sucked into the RobertoTM roll, resulting in an increased squeezing performance of 20-50% compared to conventional rubber and PU rolls.

RobertoTM rolls can be used to replace other types of squeezing rolls and can be run together with metal, ebonite or hard rubber rolls.

RobertoTM rolls can be reground many more times than conventional squeezing rolls due to the thickness of the cover material, leading to significantly increased roll life.

Service Process

A. To introduce the characteristics of products, slove the questions raised by customers in brief and record the special requirements of customers.

B. To supply several solution to customers for reference according to the requirements of customers and offer prices depending on different solution.

C. To decde the final scheme and sign the contract.

D. According to the final Scheme, organize the operation and offer customers the installation drawing. Send the engineer to prospect on spot, if necessary.

E. After the equipment arrives on site, our engineer shall provide a free instruction in erection on site, debugging after installation and technical training.

F. After we received the telephone from customers, we will try our best to instruct customers to solve the problem; if customers really cannot knock over the engineers shall arrive on site a minute earlier as soon as possible and prevent from fear of disturbance in the rear:

In China a. Within 500 kilometers, the engineer arrives within 24 hours at the latest;

                  b. Within 1000 kilometers, the engineer arrives within 48 hours at the latest;

                  c. Beyond 1000 kilometers, the engineer arrives within 72 hours at the latest;

G. Within the year when the equipment is brought into operation, our after-sales engineers shall repay visits customers at irregular intervals and give suitable suggestions to customers for reference, according to the actual use. Meanwhile, we will ask customers for suggestions for improvement, so that we will make long-term progress in technology.
