Application and principle
It is suitable for the back finish technics of all sorts of jean.The special jean style can be satisfied after the raw fabric is treated by singeing machine firstly,then pickled in material bath and dried by roll,treated with weft distortion of guide roll as well as forming by drying.The length size change,produced when the preshrinkage blanket is working,is used to make the fabrics expanded and recombined under high temperature and high pressure so as to change the weft and warp density,which can reduce and even remove the shrinkage performance of fabrics.The fabrics after preshrinkage is finished by wool blanket to stabilize its size in further and improve the hand feeling of fabrics evidently.
Arrangement features
For feeding,the infrared centering device is adopted.
Three burners are used for singeing.You can select the singeing modes according to the different fabrics.The control system can reserve the burner when emergency or the machine speed is lower than 20m/min and cut off the air source to ensure safety without the fabrics damaged by burning.
Cylinder drying:the protruding top cylinder with diameter 570mm is adopted.There are 40 pcs drying cylinder in four columns.
6 sets of upper guide rolls and 5 sets of down guide rolls with their diameter?150 are used for weft distortion.There is electric regulation device.The contact screen can display the weft distortion percent.
Humidifying overfeeding device can make the moisture content of cloth face in further evenness to ensure the uniformity of preshrinkage rate.You can adjust the overfeed device by micro solely to regulate the tensile force of fabric feeding largely,which satisfies the requirement of all technics.
The alloy material with good rigidity and no distortion are used for the main engine supporting rolling,pressurizing roll and tensile roll.The reasonable design and processing technics ensures this machine has the max.shrinkage rate and stability.The rubber blanket adopts the inner and outer spray and water bath pickled cooling method to cool the rubber blanket quickly and effectively and prolong the using life.The rubber blanket adopts the Canada DUNLOP.
The finishing part of wool blanket adopts one piece of big ?2500 electroplate SS drying cylinder and two pcs of small ?800 SS drying cylinders.The drying cylinder adopts the reasonable inner structure to make the water discharge of drying cylinder smooth and improve the heat effciency,which increases the machine speed and ensure the fabric folding dry degree and preshrinkage rate stability.The deviation rectifying adopts the infrared photoelectric control stably and reliably without any damage to the wool blanket.
The electrical comtrol part adopts the Japan Mitsubishi inverter,PLC and high resolution coder.There is tidy and visual contact screen used for operation and supplying the good man-machine interface.The speed of machine,preshrinkage rate can be set up and displayed directly to ensure the front and back shrinkage rates of fabric in uniformity.
