Characteristics of the machine
1. Pattern design: adopt general drawing software and graphic editing software to design pattern, use computer to write program, and then save it to computer control system by using disc or U storage.
2. Control system: contact LCD adopts single design, so that the machine operates ergonomically and easily.
3. Density adjustment: there is one set of stepper motor on each way, which can adjust size of loop in any loop rank, to change density of textiles.
4. Stitch-feeding system: Piezo-ceramic stitch-selector by WAC, the Japanese company, meets long-time high speed operation, which ensures accuracy of pattern. 8-way knitting has two station stitch selection and 4-way knitting has three station stitch selection.
5. Yarn-feeding system: there are 5 yarn feeders in each group, and there are 32 yarn feeders totally. Each yarn feeder is to change yarn by computer controlled 32 valves.
6. Braking devicehas 2 stitch breaking driver, 28 stitch breaking braking driver.
