Dyeing & Sizing Combination Machine adopts the open width flake body cold dyeing method.After beam-warping,the warp is boiled off,dyed and sizing-dryed by this machine,and it is wound into a beam to be used for apochete weaving in next.

Machine structures and features
A. Beam creel:
Adopts the "H" type double layer beam creel with small occupied area and convenient operation.The beam diameter is 800mm.Each beam is equipped with an individual tension adjustable system so as to satisfy with the tension requirements of different craftworks.
B. Wash and dye:
This machine is equipped with one set of soak tank,three sets of wash tanks and nine sets of dye vat tanks and the bodies of tanks are made of SUS304 stainless steel with built-in?125 yarn guide roller
Adopts the new type bearing to improve the running tension of yarn body and reduce the elongation of yarn body during sizing and dyeing.Therefore,the grade of products is improved.
Adopts the cycle method of large volume and low flow speed dyeing solution under liquid.The unique dye vat design reduces the oxidation and volatilization of dye liquid and auxiliary agent during dye solution cycles and eliminates the cycle dead angles in tanks,which ensures the dye liquid clear in uniformity and removes color difference between front & rear or right & left.
Equipped with 8 units of oxidation frames.The oxidation length of seven front units is 29m each.The length of one rear unit is 42m.
Equipped with 13 sets of upright down press dual rollers machine,the structure of which is new ang reasonable and the frame of which is stainless steel.The roller diametre is 350mm.The selflock gas cylinder is adopted for easy operation,protects the rubber not to be pressed into damage when machine stops,and improve the life of machine.
Dry room
There are two units of dry rooms in this machine totally,which adopt the ?800mm dry cylinders and high quality steam inlets.Each unit of dry room is required with Japaneses large steam trap.The adhesive proof layer should be painted by spray on the front drying cylinders of each unit.
Yarn storage
There are two ties of photoelectric protect devices at upper end of yarn storage bank and two at down end of bank.The first tie of devices is used as pre-alarm,the second is used to stop the machine by force in order to ensure productive safety.The second device also can automatically control the winding speed and trace the next machine speed at the same time when the first alarms so that the reliability of whole machine is improved.
Size trough
It adopts 3 dipping 3 pressing single trough structure.
Through combination,the sizing can be done by delamination to satisfy with the requirement of high yard,high density and high quality.
According to the change of machine speed,the sizing pressing can be adjusted automatically to come into the line pressurization.
Frame head
The frame head adopts the steel sheet structure box body and the movable box can adjust the beam width.
The winding motor is 22KW and the takeoff motor is 11KW,which satisfies with the tension requirement of max.warp beam.
Electrical control
The whole machine adopts the AC frequency converter sync driving per cell,Japan Mitsubishi inverter,PLC,two sets of high resolution power contact screen providing good human-machine interface to make the operation easy and visual.
Perfect control program makes the machine head winding operation at your will.
Unique beam dropping function make the yarn body crawling at 0.5m/min speed when the beam falls down and is changed,which removes the size stain of yarn body due to machine stopping.
