HTY microbe limit test system adopts membrane filtration method, composed by HTY-100 microbe limit test device and S60 kits. When the sample is infused into the S60 canister, through a vacuum pump which equipped by HTY-100 microbe test device inside or connected outside, hold back the microorganism on the membrane. Put the S60 kit on the pomp, break the body by hand and take off the membrane support, then inject relative culture media in the back of the membrane(the side without microbe), take off the body of cup after the culture cooling to solidification, put on the cover to be closed culture dish. Put it into the constant-temperature chamber, then observe and count.
This system can be use widely for water test in Pharmacy, disease control, Food, Chemical, Cosmetic and so on.
