CS-TAS serial biaxial tilt angular sensors, are used to measure the angler when moving object going around the X axis or the Y axis on the horizontal plane. This device can be applied angular measurement and monitoring, electronic compass’s tilt compensation, toy plane, human gesture measurement ect. This device is mainly compassed by biaxial tilt angular sensitive component that based on MEMS technology and micro processor that has high-performance. The micro processor corrects non-linearity and zero bias for measured signal, and then output biaxial tilt angular signal through the digital interface RS485 by digital mode.
