WAW microcomputer control electric-hydraulic servo universal testing machine adopts electronic measuring technology.

Load frame

       The load frame consists of pedestal, oil cylinder, piston, wheel sensor, lifter motor, reducer, sprocket wheel, the screw-bar, worktable, upright columns, the upper and lower beams, hydraulic automatic clamp.Four upright columns link the upper beam and the worktable. The lower beam is moved up and down to adjust the testing space.

Measurement system

   WAW microcomputer control electric-hydraulic servo universal testing machine adopts electronic measuring technology. There are characteristics of high accuracy, flexible collocation, strong interchangeability, easy to service and so on.

1. The force-measuring unit

Consists of high precision and high stability wheel load sensor and low-noise low-drift amp and 14 fast high-precision A/D converter, to ensure that the measurement of the whole range of the indication accuracy better than ± 1%.

2. Deformation and displacement measurement units

The measurement of small deformation (the rate of elongation is less than 50 %) adopts electronic extensometer and A/D converter circuit. the precision being ± 0.5%. For special requests, it can calibrate and identify several electronic extensometers.

The piston’s displacement is measured by displacement sensor.

Microcomputer printer and electronic components

1. PC: Lenovo brand computer, 17-inch LCD screen; 2. Printers: HP (A4 color inkjet printer); 3. All electronic components adopt international quality brands;

Function and characteristics:

1. Automatic control: measurement, data acquisition & processing, drawing and printing test curve (which parts can be zoomed in or out) and test reports; 2. Monitoring system: being calibrated and turned to zero automatically; 3. Testing force: deformation and displacement are controlled by speed, and the controlling error is less than ± 1% of settings; 4. Stepless speed regulation: control speed and control way can be converted randomly in the testing and also can be kept; 5. Data storage and amplification of curve: In testing it can be arbitrary show different test curve; 6.In programe process: it can be converted to manual control, adjust manually and control speed at any moment.7.
