1.  Application

 

WZL series horizontal paper tensile tester adopts unique horizontal design and has compact structure, complete functions and convenient operation.

 

The main functions are as follows:

Make measurement of anti-tension, tensile strength, elongation, breaking length, tensile energy absorption, tensile index, tensile energy absorption index of paper, and especially sensing delicate value, and it is able to measure the corresponding parameters of sanitary paper (including wet-strength value).

  

Make measurement of anti-tension, tensile strength, peel strength and elongation on aluminum and aluminum-plastic strip.

Make measurement of tensile strength, elongation and tensile elastic modulus on plastic film

Make measurement of heat seal strength, tensile strength and peel strength on food packaging bag

Make measurement of adhesive strength, edge strength, tensile strength and elongation on sanitary towel

Make measurement of peel strength and tensile strength on pressure sensitive adhesive tape

 

Make measurement of filament breaking strength and elongation on synthetic fiber

4.  Main features

 

Uses optical-electro-mechanical integration and microcomputer control technology, has the functions of test data processing and printout.

1.  During the experiment, window can display real-time stretching time and tension load, and it can switch to the other display according to the requirement.

2.  Get measurement results directly: After completing a group of tests, it is easy to directly show the measurement results and print statistical reports, including average value, standard deviation and variation coefficient.

3.  Within the measuring range of 0.3N to 30N, the accuracy is up to 0.01N, and the instrument is especially used in measuring the corresponding parameters of toilet paper.

4.  Variable sample size and tensile speed: For common standard sample size, users can do tensile test directly at a regulation speed. Also under the required conditions, users can set the appropriate tensile speed and change the test length and width of sample.

5.  High degree of automation: Selects advanced devices in instrument design, single-chip microcomputer carries out sensing information, processing data and control motion, and it has the functions of automatic reset, data memory, overload protection and fault self-diagnosis.

6.  Data communication: Instrument with standard serial RS232 interface for integrated report system of master computer to provide data communications.

7.  Wide measuring range: according to the users requirement, the measuring range configures different measuring devices to transform, and it is widely used in the tensile test of various paper and materials.
