1. Application
The instrument is applied to test plane compressive strength and deformation of various industrial paper tubes, chemical fiber paper tubes, small packaging boxes and other small containers. With the relevant annex, it can measure ring compressive strength of paper and board, side compressive strength, plane compressive strength and adhesive strength of corrugated cardboard.

4. Main features
Instrument is multi-functional host computer. Users can order corresponding annex alone according to actual situation so as to achieve various strength tests for paper and corrugated board and plane compressive strength for paper tube core. It uses microcomputer control technology and liquid crystal display in Chinese. It has the functions of test data processing and printout.
(1) Multi-function measurement: Instrument uses high-precision pressure sensor. It measures compressive strength-Ring crush and edgewise compressive strength of paper and board, flat compressive strength and peel strength of corrugated board, and flat compressive strength of paper core.
(2) High-speed return: Plate can return to the starting location at high-speed automatically after finishing measurement by imported stepper motor driver, through this can improve work efficiency.
(3) Plate spacing settings: The plate spacing can set in a random manner by using imported stepper motor. And it just relies on the button to set plate spacing without limit switch.
(4) Thermal micro-print: Without print ribbon by imported thermal printer core from Japan, and avoid troubles of placing ribbon and adding ink. It reduces the failure rate greatly and achieves high-speed printing and low noise.
(5) Output display in Chinese: Use liquid crystal display module, display in Chinese and prompt operating steps. Show the results of measurement and statistics. Friendly human-computer interface make operation simple and convenient.
(6) Multiple protection: The instrument uses multi-protection, it not only has limit protection, but also has measuring ultra-range protection and over-current protection. Make the operation more safe, stable and reliable.
