1.Uses:The machine is mainly used for all kinds of plastic pipes at a constant temperature and pressure transient performance of the bursting pressure of the determination of the plastic pipe manufacturers, tertiary institutions, the quality of scientific research units and units of essential equipment.

4. Functions and features:

6. Main technical features:

6.1 The computer control the load, keep, fill, isolate,unload and  record the testing force, time and so on.

6.2 It can solve the emergency timely, ensure to be safe; the computer can record the test time, batch, number, test result, operator and so on, enquiry and stastic, in order to be management.

6.3  Dynamic screen display dynamic test process, in order to be monitor by the remote user.

6.4  It can generate and print the test result and report automatically.

6.5  Start the load pump(set the testing force), add and keep pressure to all the accumlator. The computer will control to add pressure when some pressure is reached P-2%P of setting pressure.

6.6 It can do the test for 1000 hours, and the computer can start by the power. It means: when the power is off, the system can store the current test results; when the power is on, the computer can start automatically, and can continue to run the test from last step and no need to monitor by people.

8. Functions and features:

8.1 Control by each station, the testing force and time can be set separately. It does not effect each other.

8.2 It can be control manually and by computer. Thus can ensure operate the machine if the computer is wrong. LED display.

8.3 It can store the test data and condition if the power is off, it can continue the test if the powe is on. Thus can ensure the continuity.

8.4 It can check the test consition at real-time during the test process.

8.5 Record the test result and print it in standard format.

8.6 Preserve the data interface,the enterface can connect with the internet and share the resources.

8.7 The pressure pump system supply the pressure stablly.
