Uses:

SDS series dynamic and static electro-hydraulic servo testing machines match the digital electro-hydraulic servo-IDCD2K which is designed and manufactured by our own company. The SDS Series testing machines are mainly used for metal, non-metal(high strong plastics, rubbers), composite and parts to test the dynamic and static force property.

Functions:

The mainframe adopts the brace type loading frame.The sensor is spoke model, with the advantage of large rigidity, well linearity to enhance the reliability of testing machine working in a long-time.The installing method of actuator includes upper type and under type, in order to satisfy different test needs.The digital controller is IDCD2K type, which is built-in whole digital dynamic controller, adopts the DSP technology, the command signal and controlling signal are generated by the DSP, which enhances the reliability and repeatability. The key component of signal measurement adopt the high capability simulate component which is manufactured by company AD (American). The DSP is communicated with the computer controlling system by the PCI bus.The digital processor adopts 32 place values DSP of company TI, the working main frequency is 150MIPS, achieving the high rate instantly controlling.The interface adopts the PCI bus technology, the testing applications achieve the computer high rate interrupt by the Windows device driver and could communicate synchronously with the controller instantly, and ensure the data and controlling command are transmitted instantly.The controlling rate of closed cycle: 5KHZ. Sampling rate of displacement, deformation and loading: 5000/second (could 10000/second ).Adopting the PIDF controlling algorithm, the controlling parameters: P.I.D.F (Proportion. Integral. Differential. Feed forward).Controlling range compensation: range compensation and feed forward controlling to compensate the phase.Controlling method: displacement, loading and deformation. When the hydraulic source is open, three controlling methods could be changed. The controlling methods have the function of limit protecting.The measurement precision is high. The high rate translator is 16 place values, the signal adjuster include the advantage of low temperature drifting, low noise and well linearity to ensure the measurement precision and measurement stability of system, and having the function of automatic zero setting, demarcating and multi-point linear correcting.Testing wave form: since wave form, triangular wave form, square wave form, dentate wave form, compositional wave form and input wave form.
