This is digital torsion spring tester is mainly used for testing torsion of metal wires and rope, detecting the plastic deformation properties and surface & internal defects of metal wires under single or double direction torsion. Provide a reliable means of measurement for the unit of production of wire and use wire. (Wire diameter 1-10mm). The software is used for control data acquisition and analysis. The curve of angle of twist to torque, load speed and peak of torque are dynamically displayed by the software on PC.
