water meter test bench:
1. Brief introduction:
This is bench is designed and manufactured according to national JJG64-2000 and GB/T778.3-1996. All its actions and impulse transition are control by computer through RS485. Windows XP operation platform is adopted. Every data are showed on the computer .The operater can use Mouse to send to command.
Test report can be printed, saved, and deleted.
This device can be used to test DN15~50mm water meter one by one or series connection. This is the most advanced water meter test bench.
11. Operation principle:
The device adopt volume principle. That is make the water flow thought tested meter and go into a container. The compare the volume of water in the container with the digits on every tested meter . so the error can be got.
Error =(digits on water meter counter the volume in the container )/ the volume is the container *100%
The digits of the volume in container is read by optoelectronic pick-up head and picture technology collection and recognition. The computer will automatically do calculate and show the error.
