Introduction:

The OND-6100S digital ultrsonic flaw detector offers state-of –the-art technology in a package that is compact and lightweight 1.28kg. It is a full-featured and reliable instrument which can be used in various industries. Suitable for various detection demands of forged pieces, welding lines, airplane parts.

The OND-6100S adopts an embedded computer system and a super large-scale field programmable IC design, which combine all good performance of a large ultrasound system in a very small space: at least 65dB detection sensitivity surplus will meet detection demand for large forged pieces or coarse-crystal material; LAN Ethsmet port for real-time communication with a PC(Host) and remote control; Cine loop function for recording the dynamic scanning process; The new-type color TFT LCD results in optimize read & measure effect and visual comfort; The simple but convenient surface wave tracking function is good for immersion detection; Together with new techniques and new function such as DAC, RF echo display, large memory and USD port, the OND-6100S becomes a handy ultrasonic flaw detector with excellent performance. Furthermore, the fast response time of the color TFT LCD enables display of last scanning echoes; the touch keypad is reliable and comforatble for use; its outstanding EMC design significantly increases field anti-interference of the system.
