1. Introduction
The machine is used for compressive strength test of building materials, such as the specimen and component of cement, concrete and so on. Equipped with special auxiliaries, it can be used for bending resistant test of building materials and compression resistant test of red bricks. They are perfect testing instrument for building project detection department, quality testing section, university and colleges, research institution ad industrial and mining enterprise.
It conforms to ASTM E4, ASTM C39, ISO7500-1, DIN51220, etc standards.
2. Features
Ø Load measuring: it adopts high accurate oil pressure load sensor and high accurate oil cylinder piston, which ensure the high accuracy, reliability.
Ø Multi-protection: software and hardware double protect function, It will auto stop when testing load overload of 2-10%.
Ø Auto and manual control ensure the convenient operation.
Ø The software adopts modular design, the testing item, control procedure and date analysis are completely separated with the main program which assure it can do compression test of various type materials, like brick, concrete, cement, etc.
