Wellhead Control Panel / Emergency Shutdown system combines standard pneumatic, hydraulic and PLC based logic in a single integrated solution such as Single/Multiple well control panel for both onshore and offshore applications.

Wellhead Control Panels along with Hydraulic Power Units and Remote Terminal Units are all Engineered, Manufactured and Tested to meet stringent customer requirements & delivered as a single unit to site.

Wellhead Control systems can be supplied with various control options ranging from simple Pneumatic based control to completely automated solution with RTU / PLC based Safety Instrumented systems which can be monitored & operated from remote locations.

All electrical and electronic controls are designed to meet Explosion proof, Flame proof or intrinsically safe hazardous area requirements. All instruments are certified by International authorities such as ATEX Directive, API, BASEEFA, CENELEC, and various others as per European & American standards.

Pneumatic Hydraulic

These type of Wellhead Control Panels are designed for controlling the Sub-Surface Safety Valves, Master Valves, Wing Valves, Choke Valves , Gas Lift Valves and other surface valves.The panel can be designed to withstand pneumatic pressures of up to 300 PSI and hydraulic pressure of up to 20000 PSI. The Hydraulic pressure can be generated by pneumatic or electric driven pumps.

These panels are commissioned when the available utilities are Compressed Air or Natural Gas. The logic signal for controlling the system is hydraulic or pneumatic. The hydraulic energy is used to actuate the wellhead valves. The panel is designed for local as well as remote operation and can be seamlessly integrated with the communication and safety control systems like PLC and SCADA.The complete panel is enclosed in a Stainless Steel enclosure up to 4 mm in thickness, which encapsulates instrumentation, electrical and tubing. The Wellhead Control panel can be designed for the highest levels of safety and the instrumentation conforms to European and American standards. The panels can also conform to NACE for material specifications and SIL for functional safety requirements. The material SS316 and Inconel can be used for special requirements.

Electro HydraulicThese type of Wellhead Control Panels have electrically driven hydraulic pumps to generate Hydraulic power source for internal logic control & wellhead valves operational requirements. Hydraulic logic header pressure is derived from the main hydraulic header by using hydraulic regulators and the required control & shutdown logics are developed. The panels can be controlled either locally or remotely.Wellhead Control Panels are provided with Level gauge, Level Transmitter, Pressure transmitters for Hydraulic Main Header, Fusible Loop Header and wellhead valves Control line Pressure Header, and Instruments Interconnection Junction Boxes for Analog and Digital Signals. Direct acting High Pressure Solenoid Valves (EEx d, IP 66) are provided to control the wellhead valve Open/ Close Operations.

Modular Multi-well

These type of Wellhead Control panels are designed to control multiple wells. The panel has a single cabinet with multiple well control modules and each module controls individual well. The well control module can be removable type or integrated block manifold solenoid assembly. The Hydraulic Power Section and ESD/FSD control sections are common to all the modules/manifolds with proper isolation. These panels can be designed to operate as pneumatic-hydraulic, electro-pneumatic or electro-hydraulic.Push Buttons are provided at front panel for Wellhead valves Open/Close operation. Electrical control stations are provided with Start/Stop Push Buttons, Indication Lamps and Selector Switches for pump Local & Remote control operations, and Junction Boxes for Analog and Digital Signals.

PLC Based Wellhead control system

Solar Powered

These types of Wellhead Control Panels(WHCP) are solar power operated and would reduce Carbon Footprint and also help make operations more cost effective by eliminating the use of external electricity, compressed air and reduced maintenance cost while improving equipment availability.The Panels are designed to operate in harsh Offshore/Onshore desert environment conditions. The panels are built with Hydraulic power unit, ESD/FSD logic Control System, and sophisticated instrumentation. The panel is fabricated using Stainless Steel plates and encapsulates the tubing and instrumentation. The panels have an emergency shutdown system to ensure safety of people and assets.WHCP is supplied with solar power system which contains 3 main components: Solar modules, Charge regulator(s) & Battery bank. The charge regulator are to prevent the battery from being overcharged and to eliminate any reverse current flow from the batteries back to the solar modules at night. Charge controller is provided inside the Local Control Panel, in case of low voltage or over voltage. It disconnects batteries from charge circuit and as well from load circuit to protect the solar system. The battery bank stores the energy produced by the solar array during the day for use at any time of day or night. Batteries come in many sizes and grades.
