2. place wet cloth over tattoo ,apply pressure and wait for 30 seconds.
3. when tattoo paper is completely wet ,remove paper .
4. tattoo can be removed with rubbing alcohol or baby oil.

Aluminum lake ,D&C red No.7 ,barium Lake.FD &C Blue No .1 Aluminum lake ,Phophorescent Pigment P-1000.titanium Dioxide And synthetic iron oxide.
