Product Description:
1) This machine is not only applicable to the pharmaceutical industry, but also to
other sectors such as chemical, foodstuff and electronic industries (except
explosive, inflammable or corrosive materials. Those articles are not permitted
to enter this machine). The machine can be used to press various granular
materials that meet the requirements for tablet into tablets. The machine is
applicable for pressing round tablets, shaped and double-sided letter-engraved
tablets. The machine is not suitable for semi-solid, damp, hygroscopic and
non-granular powder materials.
2) The machine is mainly comprised of the main machine and electric control
system.
3) A high-strength and rigidity machine frame and pressure roller structure is
employed on the machine. The pre-pressing compression pressure is 20 kN.
The main compression pressure is 100 kN. The diameter of the main pressure
roller reaches 300 mm. The tablet quality can be ensured.
4) A new die fixing method is adopted so that it is easy to fix or remove the die.
As a result, die eccentricity will not happen and the upper punch will not break.
5) An automatic oil and grease lubricating system is adopted. The lubricating
system can lubricate the upper and lower punches and dies, upper and lower
guide rails and upper and lower main pressure rollers periodically. The
lubrication cycle is adjustable. An alarm device for low oil level is provided.
6) Stainless steel 304 or the material with the anticorrosive surface treated with a
special method is adopted for the tablet pressing chamber and machine housing.
The material of the sight window of the tablet pressing chamber is antistatic and
high-strength organic glass made in Germany, performing a high safety action
and conforming to CE standard.
7) The top surface of the turret is made of highly anticorrosive and wear resistant
composite material. Oil proof and dust proof devices are provided for the die
holes of the upper and lower punches of the turret. The dust proof ring is
mounted on the upper punch and no contamination of tablets will be resulted.
8) With a totally enclosed and dustproof structure adopted, the tablet pressing
chamber is completely separated from the outside environment and the
transmission area. As a result, cross contamination will not arise.
9) All the transparent sight windows of the pressing chamber can be opened.
There is no any dead angle in 360°. The parts in the tablet pressing chamber
can be mounted or dismounted quickly, resulting in convenient on-line cleaning
and maintenance.
10) A tri-chamber force feeder is employed so as to improve the flow ability of granules, uniformity of material supply and stability of material filling amount.
The structure features easy mounting, dismounting and cleaning. The material
feeder can be mounted or dismounted quickly, convenient for cleaning and
maintenance of the feeder.
11) The dust suction devices are located reasonably and can be mounted or
dismounted conveniently.
12) An automatic control system is used to control the tablet weight accurately.
The sub-quality tablets will be rejected individually.
13) Internationally well-known brands of high-precision pressure sensors and
sampling system of tablet weight are adopted on the machine, featuring high
sampling accuracy of tablet weight.
14) The latest PLC high speed control module made by Mitsubishi of Japan is
adopted to control the tablet weight automatically and reject the sub-quality
tablets individually, featuring high control accuracy. At the same time, the
production information, machine operation information and trouble information
can be displayed timely.
15) An extra-large 12.1 inch touch color screen is used to perform advanced
man-machine interaction and menu-based operation. The production
information and control data of 30 tablet products can be stored.
The data output interface are available.
16) The high performance frequency control system made by Mitsubishi of Japan is used in the main motor and the motor of the feeder, featuring steady load
running at low speed. The speed can be regulated from zero to the max. speed.
There is no crawling phenomenon arising, featuring excellent mechanical
property.
17) A draw type electric junction box is used, resulting in easy maintenance.
18) Separation of the electric cabinet from the main machine protects the electric cabinet from being corroded by the dust.
19) A highly sensitive punch and die overload protection system is used so that the traditional hydraulic system is eliminated. The phenomena of unsteady
hydraulic pressure, oil impregnation and leakage caused by the hydraulic system
no longer exist.
20) This machine is equipped with a number of safety protection measures in case that the following phenomena arise, such as:
