NGD SERIES INTELLIGENT HIGH-FREQUENCY SWITCHING POWER SUPPLY
Sophisticated DSP chips are adopted for the control section to ensure the accuracy of output voltage and current is above 0.5% by means of high-speed PID mode. In addition to the two general analogue signal control modes, the two communications interfaces of RS485 and RS232 are also optional for high-speed control over multiple rectifiers using one PC or PLC simultaneously. The monitoring distance may be as long as 15 km.
With totally digitalized measuring, control, adjustment, activation and protection, digitalized precision given voltage and current can avoid human errors caused by manual adjustment. Accurate output voltage and current control can both reduce wastage of plating bath solution and power supply and also improve the effects of plating and oxygenation plus better coordinated parameters between laboratory data and field operating data. Multiple process parameter solutions may be set up, such as current, voltage, pulse, time, ampere hour, etc, which can be alternated, modified or implemented.
Totally digitalized transmission and control are adopted. There is no attenuating current/voltage value in the process of transmission, thus ensuring the authenticity and extremely high stability of data.
Process parameter storage function and field process parameter DVD burning function may be added, and equipped with printout port.
Equipped with multiple protection and alarm functions against inadequate output voltage, over-voltage, lacking phase, over-current and over-heat, etc
Entire seal design for the control section and structurally acid-proof treatment design with a built-in anti-interference shielding layer. Plastic structure is adopted for the partially exposed part to ensure longtime, safe and reliable operation of the equipment.
