Solubility: It is easily soluble in water but hardly soluble in ethanol.
Application: It can used as leavening agent and chiffon cake in food industry.And also used for baking powder , As cigarette combustion, it can improve the quality of cigarettes and reduce the tar content. Besides, it can also reduce the content of salinity, nitrosamines, carbon monoxide, benzopyrene and some other harmful components.
