Working Principle

Ozone or trioxygen(O3) is a triatomic molecule, consisting of three oxygen atoms. It is an allotrope of oxygen that is much less stable than the diatomic O2.

Ozone disrupts the integrity of the bacterial cell envelope through peroxidation of the phospholipids and lipoproteins. In fungi, ozone inhibits cell growth at certain stages. With viruses, the ozone oxidizes the viral capsid and disrupts the reproductive cycle by interrupting the virus-to-cell contact with peroxidation. Cell previously infected by viruses are more susceptible to destruction by the peroxide produced through ozonolysis, because they have weak enzyme coatings.

 Ozone reacts with the unsaturated fatty acids of the lipid layer in cellular membranes, forming hydro peroxides. Lipid peroxidation products include peroxyl radicals, vital for killer cell action. Comparison between Ozone Therapy and Drug Therapy

METHOD: 1263 clinical cases were investigated through questionnaire survey. And the objects were classified into two groups. One was cared with ozone liquid, the other with drugs. Chi-square test and Logistic analysis were used to analyze the data.

RESULT: 636 cases of Vaginitis were cared with ozone liquid. The clinical cure rate was 89.8%. The total effective rate was 98%. The curative effect difference was not significant relative to the general drugs.

CONCLUSION: To cure Vaginitis with ozone liquid is a feasible therapeutics.

Dissolution of malignant tumors: Ozone inhibits tumor metabolism. In addition, ozone oxidizes the outer lipid layer of malignant cells and destroys them through cell lysis.
