1. when the mass material arrival to our factory, the first thing use the e-scales, tape and the light box to visual test to make sure the material weight, color and size is right.2. After checking, then we will use the mass material to make some test samples, then submit them to SGS for lab testing. 3. Once the test passed then, we will start to cutting. ---QC will check every batch of cuttings before the parts to be sent to sewing dept. and pick up all the bad work;4. Sewing ---the head of this dept and QC will guild all workers the details about the order and also left confirmed sample on the front of the sewing room. Of course, they also inspect the sewing work during the working time.5. Stuffing ---each toys must be measure the weight before finish work. Here is the picture can show the status of the stuffing. 6. After stuffing, the goods will be sent to hand sewing room. The QC in this dept will pick up some to check weather the PP cotton is enough.7. Cleaning room ---each plush toys will be clean and cut thread in this dept. Send all qualified toys to packing room and pick up bad working to repair part.8. Packing ---all the toys should be needle checking before packing.
