Safety devices
² Auto protection device against over temperature This system cuts off power automatically if the designed temperature is surpassed.
² Door safety interlock The door cannot be opened until there is no pressure in the chamber and power for heating cannot be switched on until the door is firmly closed.
² Safety valve of auto release against overpressure It opens when the designed pressure is surpassed.
² Auto protection against overpressure: When working pressure surpasses the design value, there will be auto steam relief to release pressure with alarm
² Water shortage protection: Power to the heating element is cut off automatically with alarm when water level is lower than the bottom limit in the steam generator.
² Vacuum pump overload protection: Thermal protection relay will act with alarm when there is an overload on the vacuum pump.
² Vacuum pump water shortage protection: Vacuum pump will be stopped automatically with alarm when there is a lack of water.
² Electro circuit safety device: there is a protection device for short circuit in the main AC circuit, and a device against over voltage and overload in the DC control circuit.
