According to different types of steel, steel grid plate is divided into the following three categories, their features are as follows:

Lattice steel plate of commonly used specifications:

1, flat pitch 30mm steel grid plate is the most commonly used specifications, suitable for a variety of purposes. In the commonly used steel lattice plate specifications, the surface impact has the strongest resistance.

Material

Permissible deviations in dimensions

   3, flat steel with YB/T4001.1-2007, YB/T4001-1998 regulations.

Lattice steel plate tolerance:

   1, a steel lattice plate length allows for -0.5mm, width tolerance is 5mm, as shown in figure 5.

   3, rail position deviation: rail surface shall not exceed 1mm bearing steel surface; wherein the two ends generally should not exceed steel lattice panels on both sides of the end surface 2mm, as shown in Figure

   5, lateral bending: the lateral bending of the grating should be less than the width of the 1/100, as shown in figure
