8. Heat treatment:

--Annealed & hardness: 860-890°C, HB≤229

--Quenching: 1000-1030°C, oil cooling or air cooling

--Tempering & hardness: 560-580°C, tempering for two times, 47-49HRC

--Hardness: 53-55HRC

Used in manufacture of extrusion dies, the mandrel, the forging mold for die forging hammer, forging press dies and die insert for precision forging machine as well as aluminum, copper die-casting mold
