Description

YJ-Starch is a rice starch manufactured from polished broken rice from a specific variety, obtained by wet milling, sieving, enzymolysis, separation, concentration and drying. The process is executed in the best hygienic conditions without using  irradiation and respecting Good Manufacturing Practice. The product has to be free of foreign odours and flavours and noticeable mould growth and insect infestation. The deliveries shall be executed in the best conditions to preserve the high quality standards.

2. YJ-Sta-RG:  manufactured from Round-grained Rice

3. YJ-Sta-WA: manufactured from waxy Rice, and composed of pure amylopectin

starch has some other starch don't possess the characteristics. The rice starch gelatinization bibulous quickly, the quality and structure of very smooth similar cream, with fat taste, and easily daub open. Waxy rice starch in addition to have a similar nature of the fat outside, still have great frozen-thaw stability, prevent freezing process of dehydration contraction.

(1)Food Industry 

Gelatinized rice starch with soft, creamy consistency and cream odor is very easy to smear, which is a good starch for cream. Because rice starch granules and homogeneous fat ball has almost the same size, rice starch and fat has the similar texture, it can be used in some parts of fatty foods, instead of fat. The digestibility of rice starch is 98%~100%, and the binding protein in rice starch is completely non-allergic, so it can be used commonly in baby food and the other special foods.

(2)Pharmaceutical Industry 

Rice starch has especially small particle diameter,larger surface area,a good degree of collapse,fast water adsorption,delicate texture,low anti-allergic reaction,soft fragrance, so rice starch is commonly used in molding and bonding of high-grade medicines.
