Surface finish: acid washing, annealed, manual polished, mechanical polished, cold pilgered

Type: we can supply steel in the sharp of  bar, strip, and wire. Bar: φ8-250mm with hot forging or rolling.         φ36mm(max) with cold drawing Strip: φ0.15-22*200mm with hot rolling or cold rolling Wire:  φ0.3-16mm with cold drawing

Quality: It has state of the art special smelting and precision casting production lines as welll as domestic leading forging and rolling ,drawing and tube production lines.

Manufacture capacity: non-vacuum induction furnace, vacuum induction furnace, electroslag furnace and vacuum consumable electrode melting furnace, etc totaling 15 furnaces. such as Consarc, ALD furnace.

Inspection: We have the domestic leading test equipment such as fluorescence spectrometer ,direct reading spectrometer, atomic absorption spectrometer ,hydrogen oxygen nitrogen determinator etc
