The traction gear is designed for high-powered train, on each train there are 6 pairs of gear set,We produce the intermediate gear and big gear. The gears have been carbonized and quenched; the heat treatment requirement is very high, And can reach Class 3 of AGMA. The material follows ASTM A534 standard. The forging part is press forged. The gear accuracy is class 11 (follow AGMA2000), and has profile and axial modification.
