QX-1A pneumatic metal wire spray gun

It is applicable for spraying workpiece with bore diameter more than 120mm and depth less than 400mm. QX-1A pneumatic metal wire spray gun is professional equipment that continuously feeds single metal wire to the high temperature flame zone to melt it down. Then atomize it and eject it to the pretreated workpiece surface to form coating. It employs oxyacetylene as heat source and achieves power through compressed air blowing turbine. This equipment is divided into two kinds, high velocity type and medium velocity type. High velocity spray gun is selected for spray materials with fusing point below 750 and medium velocity spray gun for spray materials with fusing point over 750.

QX-1AN is the pneumatic flame bore air spray gun, which is applicable for spraying workpiece with bore diameter more than 120mm and depth less than 400mm.
