Application Range:
Cotton yarn, wool yarn, polyester yarn, pure polyester, spandex, acrylic sewing thread and other mixed yarn.
Characteristics:
1. The height of spindles is low, form ballooning is small, ensure the yarn twisting by small tension;
2. Spindle pot adopts flexible positioning, decrease the vibration, it is convenient to threading;
3. Adopts capsule tension regulator to make the twisting range wider;
4. The winding tension can be adjusted at will by Overfeeding Roller, so it can flabbily wind, dye directly;
5. High-quality spindles is suitable for revolving continuouslyat a rapid rate, it is stable and lasting; collect optimized transmission design to reduce energy consumption;
6. When spindle brakes, it absolutely breaks away from the tangential belt, the operation id simple, in the meantime extend the using life of tangential belt.
