JW368A Double-sided Doubling Winder

    This machine can wind 2~3 skein of cotton, fur, harl, chemical fiber and mixed yarn into doubling bobbin, it is suitable for rear process processing of twisting machine, etc.

Characteristics:

1. Adopts single motor drive, collective frequency control of motor speed, to make the adjustment of winding linear speed convenient ,draft adjustment flexible;

2. The application of electron decollation detection device make the performance stable and reliable, avoids the result of lack of yarn;

3. Adopting the combined structure makes the installation conveniently and quickly;

4. Operation panel: operate simply and conveniently, can quickly set and surveillance the linear length;

5. Tension device: The tension device can adjust the yarn tension though plus and minus the pieces of slice;

6. Adopts weight decompression device to make the yarn bobbin running stably, and the density balance.
